The great event in Wengen is going to start in less than 20 hours: the race of tomorrow is Alpine Combined, Saturday will be Downhill day and, on Sunday, athletes will compete to win the Slalom race.

FIS, Organising Committee, militaries, our team and a lot of volunteers, worked hard to put together what warm temperatures and the big storm caused last week. Conditions are now great!

We can proudly assure that, as in the past years, all the equipment used for the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup Race is SPM.

After providing last year’s test events, our Company was chosen by the Organizing Committee of Pyeongchang 2018 for the other numerous equipment that will serve the regular development of the event: 15 km of B-nets,1 km of pads and a half km of air pads are just started. Over 20.00 bibs and all the panels useful for the different disciplines will fly to Korea between December and January.

After the successful supply of material for the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games and the title of “Official Supplier” for St Moritz 2017 Alpine Ski Championship, SPM increases the quantity of equipment and confirming, once again, itself as leader in winter sector and preferred partner by the Organizing Committees of prestigious winter sport events .

Saturday, September 2 – as partners and technical suppliers – we attended the first celebratory event for the 50th anniversary of the Val Gardena FIS Alpine Ski World Cup.

World Cup athletes from different generations, event organizers, and many fans have resumed half a century of pure adrenaline and stories.
